THOMAS KASSEL

THOMAS KASSEL (71)
born in Munich, Germany, to Dr. Karl Kassel, a physician, and his wife, Elisabeth. He has an older brother and an older sister. After completing his Abitur, he pursued a degree in law and achieved two top-tier exam results.
From 1984 to 2016, Thomas Kassel held a senior position at Allianz Insurance. On December 5, 1986, he married Cornelia Kassel. Now retired, he devotes a significant portion of his time to mushroom hunting and nature contemplation, which serve as the inspiration for much of his photographic work. Thomas Kassel splits his time between the loves of his life: Cornelia, his dog Dorle, mushrooms, and photography. His photographic records of these passions are proudly exhibited at the W/ Soul Art Gallery.
